Time really flies. It has been 14 years since our daughter took the first piano lesson with Mrs. Shindel. And it’s the 10th year with Mrs. Shindel for my son. She’s an amazing piano teacher. She’s very skillful, passionate, patient and inspiring. She always has a unique way to coach each child. Both of our children love her lessons. We are so grateful to have her as our piano teacher.

Your time, your guidance, your dedication to our girls is greatly appreciated by us! It is difficult for us to imagine that our family’s piano journey of 12 years is coming to an end. When I first began playing piano, my fingers felt awkward. I didn’t dislike piano, but I didn’t like it either. Over 12 years, Mrs. Shindel has made piano something that I love and can use to relax whenever I feel stressed. She picked music that suited my personality and allowed me to express my feelings through it. Mrs. Shindel also teaches much more than how to be an excellent musician: there are life lessons of kindness, resilience, and dedication that students practice even when away from the keyboard. I am truly thankful to my parents for choosing Mrs. Shindel.
